We appreciate that gratuity must be paid to employees at the end of their contract and is often a major financial obligation – one that demands advance planning and budgeting.

To reduce the burden, we manage the gratuity for your employees and ensure adequate financial resources are available to pay them when their term ends.

The administration of the Gratuity Scheme is undertaken by CPF in accordance with the Retirement Benefits Regulations, 2007. 

All remittances are remitted through our Custodians who are fully approved by the RBA to undertake scheme custodial services in accordance with the Retirement Benefits Act while all investments are done on the advice of our dully registered and fully licensed fund managers.
